Refund Terms and Conditions

Here are my refund terms and I do ask that you carefully read and understand these before

signing up to my services

ONLINE COACHING SERVICES

Through the distance selling laws you have the right to a cooling off period of 14 days, UNLESS the service is bespoke to you

The start date for your program is the date you pay for the service, unless stated otherwise

You do not receive a full refund once work has started on your program

Once coaching has commenced, refunds will be calculated on a pro rata basis minus start up service fee of £150. Example, pay for a 90 day Coaching service and cancel on day 20, you would be refunded a pro rate of the remaining days service (Service total - £150 / 70 days remaining)
